Our databases are updated at least daily, so your information is available almost immediately to customers.  Initially we will want to obtain pertinent information on your home, so we can point only renters who asked for your type of property to you.  In subsequent years, or if the property becomes available again, all you have to do is notify us of any changes in the property.  We click the "Active" button in our database and your home is ready to be found again - just like that!
